For production of plastic cards, we use different printing methodes:
1)Offset printing - used for printing of projects in CMYK pallette and Pantone colours. For production of orders for over 1000 cards
2)Digital offset printing (INDIGO) - used for printing of projects in CMYK palette. For production of small orders, (100 till 1000 cards)
3)Silk-screen printing - used for printing of simple projects, small quantities and for printing of metailc undercoats and elements.
4)Combination of listed methodes in different configuration (e.g. offset printing on metalic silk-sreen printing).

Additional feauters we can place on card:
MAGNETIC STRIPE - gives possibility of data recording on three tracks (capacity: track 1 - 76 alphanumeric signs, track 2 - 37 muneric signs, track 3 - 105 numeric signs). We offer following types of magnetic stripe:
LoCo - density 300 - 400 Oe
HiCo - density 2700 - 4000 Oe Note! Choosing type of magnetic stripe, keep in mind that it should match to magnetic cards reader's requirements.
Signature panel - enables the owner to place permanent signature on the plastic card. Signature field is printed by silk-screen printing, it can be white or transparent.
SCRATCH-OFF PANEL - placed on cards for covering of secret information (e.g. PIN code), wich can be uncover by scratching off the panel.
CHIP MODULE - contact electronic chip module. Depend on type of module chip card have variety of application: loyaty cards, phone cards, banking cards, access cards, etc.
Proximity module - contactless electronic chip module capable to store information. It doesn't requires contact to work with reader. Card can be used just by approaching it do the reader. Depend on type of proximity module card have variety of application: access card, id card, electronic ticket, ski lift pass, etc.
HOLOGRAM - placed on card to increase its seciurity level. Used mainly for seciuring banking and credit cards.
